I work with architecture and interior design studios across Ireland, helping them build the right teams, while supporting architects and designers as they look for the next step in their careers.

A decade in architecture and design recruitment has given me something you can't shortcut: the studios, the people, the relationships, and a real understanding of how the industry works. That's the foundation everything else is built on.

That’s what led me to set up RAD Search.

A more focused approach built around relationships, context, and the right professional and cultural fit.

Outside of work, I like to keep things simple. Travelling, getting outdoors, catching live music, watching the football and F1, and enjoying good food and coffee along the way.
