There are opportunities for Architectural Technologists to join a well-established, design-led practice in Limerick as they continue to deliver a strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors.

Our client has a consistent track record of delivering projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, with work ranging from early design through to on-site completion. Their portfolio is continuing to grow, with an increasing number of larger-scale schemes across Limerick and Galway.

The Role:

This position is suited to an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience, with more established candidates also encouraged to apply. The studio is growing and looking to build a team of highly capable professionals to complement their offices across the country.

You’ll be involved across all stages of project delivery, working closely with project architects and the wider team to support both design development and technical coordination through to on-site delivery.

The role will involve producing and coordinating detailed technical information, contributing to tender packages, and supporting site-stage activities alongside design and contractor teams. A strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations, statutory consent processes, and the BC(A)R process is essential.

You should be confident in technical detailing and construction knowledge, with the ability to translate design intent into clear, coordinated information. Site experience would be beneficial, particularly where you have been involved in project delivery stages.

Strong communication, organisation, and coordination skills are important, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.

Software:

Revit proficiency is essential.

Salary:

€52,000 – €60,000
