RAD Search are working with a highly regarded design-led architectural studio in the heart of Dublin, currently looking to bring a Design Architect into their growing team.

This is a studio that’s built a strong reputation through the quality of its work and a thoughtful, design-driven approach. With a close-knit team and a collaborative environment, it’s a place where ideas are valued and individuals are given the space to contribute meaningfully.

Their portfolio is varied, with a strong focus on design-led projects across residential, commercial, cultural and public realm schemes, alongside competition work. The team is actively involved in international competitions, and this role will play a key part in supporting and shaping that side of the practice.

This role suits Architects who enjoy working at the front end of projects, with a strong focus on concept and design thinking.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a studio where design sits at the core of everything they do. The role is focused on early-stage work, including concept design, competition entries, and front-end project development. Experience across RIAI Stages 0–3 is essential.

The studio is looking for a Design Architect with a strong portfolio that demonstrates clear design thinking and experience working on international competitions. You’ll be confident developing ideas from initial concept, producing high-quality visuals and presentations, and contributing to design discussions within a collaborative team setting.

While the role is design-focused, an understanding of how projects progress beyond early stages will be beneficial.

Software:

Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit. The studio is open to a range of experience here. Strong graphic and drawing skills are essential.

Salary:

€53,000 – €64,000

Dependent on experience and level.
