RAD Search are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice in Dublin, recognised for delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across Ireland and internationally.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Architect with around 8+ years’ post-qualification experience, as they continue to strengthen their on-site delivery teams. With a strong pipeline of work across Dublin and across the country, this role will suit someone who enjoys being close to construction and playing a key part in bringing projects to completion.

The Role:

You’ll take on a key position on-site, working closely with the wider architectural team, consultants, contractors, and clients. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent, regulatory requirements, and a high standard of quality.

Day-to-day, you’ll be carrying out site inspections, monitoring progress, and managing technical queries as they arise. You’ll be involved in resolving on-site issues, coordinating across disciplines, and keeping clear, accurate records of project activity. There’s also a strong client-facing element, so clear communication and professionalism are important.

The Site Architect will have 8+ years’ experience in practice or site-based roles, with prior experience in a Site Architect or similar position. Exposure to larger or more complex projects would be beneficial, along with a strong understanding of building regulations and construction standards in Ireland.

This position will suit someone confident on site, comfortable making decisions, and able to keep things moving while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary:

€65,000 – €75,000
